Having a lazy beginning to saturday morning! Well I deserve it..............
Reprieve last night from posing coaching, yes.............. I actually feel like I have had a mini holiday :) Left work and drove to Bondi to meet with Son No. 1 (chiropractor) for dinner............ we had a lovely time together. Sushi is the way to go as Son 1 loves the clean japanese food. I also love it too but at the moment I can eat the sashimi, white fish.................... always mindful of 'the diet'. Had a much needed adjustment as well, was concerned about how straight the back looked................. will need a couple more adjustments before the comps.
This weekend, training session with PT and then big 2 hour walk tomorrow by the harbour, brekky somewhere as well. If I don't feel too fatigued a yoga session will be mandatory. Food, I tend to be not so regimented as I am always out and about but need to carry some protein shake with me and plenty of water.

Intend to use Heel Balm on my feet this week to combat the dry heels and generally dry feet. I don't think my body has had soooooooooo much attention for so long! Will try heel balm on back of hands too........... they get so dry in winter. Wonder about face, but surely someone has thought of that too......................................... hahahahaha
On a totally different subject, struck up a friendship with S at the gym, we are now both the proud owners of a dehydrator each, YES!!!! Have been wanting one since Son 1 took his when moving out...............
Anyway, when I can eat normally again, I will be drying fruits, vegs and making my own flaxseed crackers, including some raw food options in my diet.
Its nice to see I am planning for post comp food........................ :)
