Sometime near midnight..............

Woke in the middle of the night and cannot sleep, not sure why though!!!

My sleep has been pretty steady the last week but tonight its hit a dive.  I'm not sure if its the weather, its warmer now and I need to have some lighter bed linen on the bed or it was Boot Camp.  

Tonight, at Boot Camp, I jogged around the oval 4 times and then we jogged around the outside perimeter (giving a rather wide berth) another 3 times.  For me that was a good achievement as I am NOT a runner, walker, YES.  We then did other running circuits, this session was about endurance. 
I think my body is on a bit of a high, well it has been since the weekend. I seem to be back to my old self, hard at the exercise, working hard during the day and then home etc. with chores and bed but all whilst feeling like I have the energy, positive attitude and switched on!  (I'm enjoying it while it lasts!)

Before work this morning, I went for a walk along the headland and it was so noticeably lighter and more like spring weather, although, there was a definite chill in the air as my eyes were watery!  The walk is such a good grounding before the day begins and so important in my weekly routine.  I do believe in ecopsychology................. talking about connecting with nature/natural world and how that is important for the psyche of the human being.  It always makes me feel more alive!!

So, BIKINI is coming...................... heels I am practicing in each day :) body doesn't feel like it has leaned out anymore since last week, will check with PT on Thursday.  A new diet and plan will be mine within the next week, no carbs at all, that is going to be really hard for me, even with meagre few that I am having now!!

Well, off to sleep I try and go, hi ho, hi ho, hi ho............................................
