5.30 Friday morning............



On my way to do friday morning weights (legs)!

Am feeling tired and a little 'fatigued'.  Great Boot Camp session last night, it was hard yakka and once again my energy level flagged a bit before half way through!  I can say I was not happy that I did not have a lot of energy but knew it was the diet.  I am finishing the exercises but am probably the slowest now.  We squatted, frog jumped, sit ups, suicide runs, rolled tyres, sprinted...... it was a good session.

I had started 'flagging' towards the afternoon, so not surprising I didn't manage Boot Camp so well.  The thing is, I started the week on such a high with high energy but my energy levels have changed drastically, not sure why.  I did start the week with yoga????

Anyway, off to weights this morning, it will be interesting to see how I go, given my back is a bit sore this morning (note to self:  be careful with the barbell squats) ............work (always busy on a friday) and then I have a Seminar for getting ready for competition.

Reminder:  FUN!!!!! this is why I have committed to do the body building, well that and seeing how my body adjusts.

Ring Doc today to see about getting another blood test for the kidneys!!!

Oh, and the BIKINI fitting tonight......................................................
