Monday..........6 Weeks to Comp

Finally I am better!!! Yay!!! Although I feel a little tired this morning and when the alarm goes off at 5.06am, I hit "SNOOZE".  Once I am up, I am still excited by the week ahead!

No posing training this weekend, was called off as two of the other competitors were not well.  PT was pretty serious on Thursday night last about practising and wanting me to cement the whole process in my head and use it like it is another sport.  Basically the posing is more than 50% of what happens 'onstage'.  PT said that he would like me to take him through the process of what I am meant to do and when he said that, I really started to get serious in my thinking about what I need to accomplish, it was not a 'play' anymore. I had spoken to him in regards to how my size is reducing at a fairly rapid rate and was asking "just how much smaller will I get?" "because at the moment, I have had to go and buy all new underwearNext it might mean I need to go to the the young girls underwear section?  So PT explained the process again and that he wants to get me down to 10% body fat and yes I will probably get smaller...........mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

He also asked, "Do you want to pull out?".  My immediate reaction was "No, once I am committed, I am committed"  The commitment part of me said "of course, I would never have said yes, if I didn't mean it...........WTF???"  My decision was not made lightly when making it.

After that, he said that I could have a CHEAT MEAL.............. yes, one meal where I could eat what I wanted (within reason and NO WHEAT)  Well, open slather............ I said I would have it on Saturday night, knowing I was taking son no. 1 out and girlfriend.......

See meal below, boring maybe, but for me, delicious!!!!!!

So, once we got over that, he started to explain that in two weeks time we will need to look at the eating plan and the exercise plan.  Ramp up the exercise and wind back the eating I am guessing!!!  So it was 'food for thought' on my way home, and decided to hotly practice and be serious about my posing and where my hands were etc. I had a friend from Perth stay with me on Wednesday night and she was treated to an impromptu posing session, plus it was great posing for someone totally different, good practice!!! :)

So NO BIKINI yet and NO HEELS!!

Come Saturday morning, off to do my weights.................. was around home getting some paperwork sorted and having a leisurely brekky and a few cups of tea when I left home about 2.30pm to visit a friend who has just purchased and renovated some rooms that she is going to practice out of.  I went to catch up, check out the rooms and look at seeing what sort of space and area I had to work with in order to create some artwork for the space...............FUN and some further creative outlet, YAY!!!!

I then went to Bondi to pick up my son and his girlfriend for a birthday dinner out.  Having made a cheesecake the night before.................... sadly, I could just look at it, but had fun cooking it, it was accepted gratefully as he looooves cheesecake!  I then drove into Surry Hills for dinner and during conversation was questioned and caught up with the girlfriend as to where I am at with getting ready for comp.  Son does not really want to know anything about me in a comp (the BIKINI and HEELS were just toooo challenging for him) but girlfriend is keen to find out and I enjoy talking about it.

Why I am explaining all of the above is because as we had finished dinner and I was dropping them off around Sydney uni, on my way there we just happened to pass a shop with loads, literally loads of Stripper Heels in the window.................OMG!!!

So immediately stopped the car (son not happy Jan!!) and insisted that girlfriend comes with me to check them out.  Immediately walk in the door and find what I am looking for.  Girlfriend is amazed @ how normal the 'shop' assistant is for one of 'those' shops, it was a FUN experience.  So bought my heels!!!

STRIPPER HEELS - purchased !!!
