Here I am Saturday morning again!

Today, it almost feels a little warmer, heading towards spring!  I can't wait, this winter feels like the looooonnngest winter!

This has been an interesting week.  I would say that I am half way through the onseason comp time.  I started about 11 weeks out and I have 6 weeks to go.  Well, I have to say I binged a couple of times................... I know, you are all going to say "OMG, she binged!!!"  I really don't know if its normal to binge or not............. PT doesn't know.  Well it was, I know, wait for it.................. more oats, yes on a couple of occasions I had more than my quota................ more vegs............mmmmmmmmm another major digression and yes chocolate!!!! I know, I even hate typing the word but I am soooooooooooooooooooo not a person into chocolate and I couldn't believe that I was putting it in my mouth!!  sh*t!!!!!  But, I had good reason!  PERIODS, can you believe it.  I haven't had them for a few months and low and behold, here I am ..........eating, yes EMOTIONAL......................and tired!!! Great!!!!! NOT  plus back at Boot Camp, therefore ramping up my training which also increases the fatigue.

So really interesting week watching myself, my eating, my emotions and how my body and energy was coping with it all.  

I have to say, I made it and thoroughly enjoyed getting back into Boot Camp, I like the challenge and it takes me away from all, just for that hour!  I did feel some guilt, but that didn't last for long, as my body is still getting leaner and changing slowly as the weeks progress.  Hopefully no hindrance in that department.  PT said I could have a CHEAT meal......................................
