Weekend started off with really good intentions but finished with less, no less, than expected:(
Headed to the Oxford Art Factory to listen to a band that is aired on JJJ, Flag fall, in the top 100 this year, but when we got to the Venue, the crowd was verrrrry young, all of 15yr olds so my friend did not feel comfy staying so we headed up to the Beresford!!!
Castle comer were playing, sort of rock/roots band, they had a good sound!! So we listened to them for a while then headed to Messina's, my new fave hangout!!!!!!!
ONLY the best ice cream in sydney!!!!
Sunday night was going to be Mana Lion @ the Steyne @ Manly but didn't get there either:(
So unfortunately the bands did not figure big this weekend, neither did the dating/men.....
As far as my body building, I walked Clontarf to 40 Baskets & back & then took myself off to Manly organic cafe for breaky......... Yummy!!!!!!! I also did a hour & half yoga @ Manly........ Great sess & my Hams are ssooooooo tight!!!
Shoulder still really sore, even though I had a massage & acupuncture again on it:((((
